What to do????

If one has two ARs in 5.56 and one in .308, all proven to be reliable with literally at least 20,000 rounds left in each barrel. All with good optics, BUIS, good triggers, slings and good to go. … the 308 has a good bipod, 20” barrel. The 5.56s are light and handy, not burdened down by tacticool crap, as God intended.

One has plenty of magazines too.

And one has about 6,000 rounds of 5.56 and 300 of .308 currently. Not enough.

Should one pick up a new Colt 6920 Magpul in the color one wants for $850 shipped, just because one wants it, or should one put that money into 1500 rounds of good .308?
All thee ARs have great after market triggers. They are legit good to go.
One of one’s ARs has FN CHF 1/7 chrome lined badass barrel. Other 5.56 one is decent enough $600 starter AR that has proven to be reliable and has at least 15,000 rounds left even though not chrome lined.

The Colt is not needed. But $850 shipped for the magpul is like getting the Feb 2017 post Trump win price with the $100 magpul furniture kit for free!!!
